1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using Cally, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Cally for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your account credentials, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. The service
Cally lets users publish availability, share booking pages, coordinate meetings, and connect third-party calendars. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep Cally reliable, but do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
You are responsible for checking booking details and connected calendar events. Cally is a scheduling tool and is not responsible for whether a host or attendee joins, completes, or benefits from a meeting.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Cally. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for your content and for having the rights and permissions needed to provide it. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information in public profiles, booking descriptions, or meeting notes unless it is appropriate to do so.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Cally to:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- harass, deceive, impersonate, spam, or distribute harmful content;
- gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data;
- interfere with or overload the service;
- introduce malware or bypass security or usage controls; or
- scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
6. Third-party services
Cally can connect to services such as Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make. You can disconnect an integration through Cally or the provider where supported.
7. Intellectual property
Cally and its software, design, branding, and other service content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Cally or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk or harm, or if we are legally required to do so. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cally is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that bookings, notifications, integrations, or calendar data will always be accurate or delivered on time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Cally. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or applicable law changes. We will post the updated terms here and revise the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
11. General
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the feedback page after signing in.
